Accomplishments

§       Achieved and implemented overall internet marketing strategies for building riskmgmtadvisors.com to create a lead generating website.  Included;  E-mail marketing, SEO, PPC, strategic site layout for landing page optimization, social media marketing and content generation and management. 

§       Manage, coordinate and implement various work projects for President, R. Wesley Sierk III.  Projects included but were not limited to: marketing, IT, business development, research and development, and business analysis and application design.

§       IT support and Network Administrator.  Managed day to day IT operations and technical support for users and workstations including but not limited to: hardware and software installations and issues, Microsoft Server 2003 administration, orderly maintenance of company network information, and VOIP phone support.

§       From 2006-2011 managed and administered Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) Goldmine including but no limited to: reporting, filtering, data input, data integrity, web import (lead generation function in software), maintenance, and updates.

§       Manage, coordinate and assist in the execution of new marketing ideas for Risk Management Advisors, Inc.

§       Oversee vendors in a timely manner for the development of company brochures, folders, business cards, binders, websites and marketing literature.

§       Project Manager for DBA Company, RMA Press.  Included the publication, marketing and PR work for two books written by President R. Wesley Sierk III, Taken Captive and You Can Make It But Can  You Keep It?
